Each painting is a handcrafted original, made using clay and salt texture on canvas.

Size, medium, and finish are as described on the product page. Slight variations are natural due to the handmade nature of the piece.

Shipping charges will be added to the bill at checkout or in the final invoice based on destination, size, and packaging needs.

Standard delivery timelines:

Domestic (India): 5–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance)

All orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners with tracking.

We do not accept returns once the product is sold.

In case the artwork is damaged during transit, the customer must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos and video evidence.

Upon verification, the artist will either:

Create a replacement piece, or

Offer a similar artwork of equal value from the current collection.

Refunds are not issued under any circumstance.

The artist retains all intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce the image for promotional or archival purposes.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant the buyer commercial rights to reproduce, print, or license the work.

All purchases must be made in full prior to dispatch.

For commissioned or made-to-order pieces, a 50% advance is required to initiate production. Balance must be cleared before shipping.

All artworks are securely packed using custom-protective wrapping and sturdy cartons suitable for international transit.

For international orders, import duties and taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the buyer. These vary by country and are not included in the final invoice from the artist.
