1. Introduction

Welcome to TheCreativeSideOfSahil.com, an online platform operated by Sahil Verma that sells original artworks and creative products. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are original artworks, limited-edition prints, or merchandise designed by Sahil Verma.

Every piece is created with professional materials and finished with a protective coating unless otherwise mentioned.

Slight variation in color, texture, or framing may occur due to lighting or screen differences. These are not defects.

Custom artwork or commissioned pieces are available on request and require pre-approval and agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

50% advance payment is required at the time of order.

The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India for select products.

International orders must be paid in full in advance.

Prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All artwork is securely packaged with protective materials to minimize transit damage.

Shipping timelines vary between 5–14 business days, depending on location and product type.

Domestic shipping is handled via trusted courier partners.

International shipping is available and will be quoted separately based on destination.

Tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

If an item arrives damaged, the issue must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video proof.

All damage claims must be taken up with the courier company. Sahil Verma will assist but holds no liability for damages after dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All artwork, photos, graphics, and content on this site are copyrighted and owned by Sahil Verma.

By purchasing a product, you obtain the physical ownership of the item, not the copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not scan, reproduce, resell, modify, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

Any unauthorized use will result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act and international IP laws.

7. Product Warranty & Limitations

No warranty is offered on any product.

Color fading or slight changes may occur over time due to exposure to light, humidity, or temperature — especially for artworks not kept in proper conditions.

Such natural wear is not covered or considered a defect.

Framing and display care are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree to not:

Copy, distribute, or misuse any content from this site

Attempt to access backend systems, admin panels, or payment gateway credentials

Post spam, fraudulent reviews, or defamatory content

9. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Key points:

No card/payment data is stored on our servers

All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay

Your personal information is used only for order fulfillment and communication

10. Limitation of Liability

Sahil Verma shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or purchase of the product.

Maximum liability, if proven in a court of law, is limited to the total paid amount for the product in question.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi for any disputes.
